Architectural practice K2, with whom I work closely as part of Liverpool’s MIPIM delegation, commissioned me to develop a commercial strategy for the business.
I worked with the team at K2 to analyse the business’ positioning, using that sector oversight to develop a business strategy to further align the business. As the team has taken on increasingly high-profile projects, we looked at how these could be maximised, as well as recommending the supporting resource structure for delivery. Focusing on K2’s growing influence and unique skill set, we’ve developed a strategic development plan for the business over the 12-18 months and are aligning direction.
