We were approached by Liverpool BID Company to review its strategic approach and orientation, with a view to its fast-approaching ballot for the retail and leisure district.
Our strategic approach included interviewing key stakeholders and board members to ascertain priorities for levy payers, and attending meetings for different areas of the city to explore potential partnerships. This resulted in a new brand approach and focus on core priorities for the retail and leisure BID and revised interaction between the city’s two BID areas. A communications plan was oriented around the BID, keeping the streets clean, safe and animated.
The retail and leisure BID once again won its ballot with a fantastic margin and is continuing its great work in Liverpool city centre.
