To work with an ambitious, self-motivated business owner/ manager, providing external business mentoring and support to assist with business growth.
My initial job was to build a strategic development plan, analysing Robinson Rice’s profit and loss account and their staff team, and looking at key areas on which to focus for the best return on investment. Alongside our strategic plan, which we review on a regular basis, I support the business owner in achieving some of the plan’s actions, including facilitating workshops to communicate them to RRA staff, especially in the newly-acquired business. RRA has grown from one office to three during our work together, incorporating two new firms into the existing business.‘I don’t know how any business survives without doing this process - it keeps me sane. The ability to get some perspective on our business helps make good, strategic deci-sions.’
