I provide a sounding board within a family business, and help them negotiate some of the typical issues family businesses experience. We look at staffing levels, marketing resources and potential new clients, as well as helping the team separate work and family roles. I also provide input as a business mentor, and introducer.
Again I developed a strategic plan, giving Intx focus and clarity, and insights into their best return on investment. That plan is reviewed and updated together every six months, allowing us to keep the business focused, yet responsive to market conditions and new opportunities.
